Company Solution

Remove blocked air-vent and surrounding tiles. Replace air-vent and re-tile. They were waiting for the air-vent ordered to arrive and the company owner later stated the work was complete.

Despite numerous reminders the work was never done

Air-vent and tiles removed. Soft cover tacked on-top which easily came off with the wind exposing the roof and had become rodent infested.

Result

Had to have a proper roofer come in to repair the roof and seeking action against the first company to recover the money paid.
